You can pay by cash (US Dollars or Cambodian Riel) on the day of your tour, by bank transfer (ABA or Wing), or online by credit/debit card or Wester Union (you can cover the transaction fee, it costs $10 per transaction) before you arrive.

No. To confirm your booking we ask for a 25% deposit, and you pay the remaining balance on the day of your tour. This lets us reserve your date and guide while keeping things easy for you.

Yes. Online payments through Western Union and card are protected by secure, encrypted processing, so your details are never shared with us directly.

US Dollars are widely accepted across Siem Reap and are the easiest for cash payments. Cambodian Riel is welcome too. Small, clean bills are best for change.

We recommend booking at least 2–5 days ahead so we can secure your preferred date, guide, and any special requests. During peak season (November–February) earlier is better. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just ask.

We aim to respond to every inquiry within 24 hours. If you don't hear from us, please check your spam folder or message us again — we don't want to miss you.

Once we've agreed on the date and details, you confirm your spot by paying the deposit. We then send you a final itinerary with the meeting time, pickup point, and everything you need to know.

Absolutely. All our tours are private and can be tailored to your interests, pace, and schedule — whether that's Angkor temples, floating villages, countryside adventures, a cooking class, or photography. Just tell us what you'd love to experience.

We understand plans can change. You can cancel for free up to 3 days before your tour for a full refund. For cancellations 1-2 days before, we refund 50%. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable, as your guide and arrangements are already reserved.

Just message us as early as possible through the same channel you booked with. We'll confirm your cancellation or help you reschedule to a new date. We’ll give you a full refund.

Yes, and we're happy to do this. If you need to change your date, let us know in advance and we'll move your booking to another available day at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Cambodia's weather can be unpredictable. If conditions make a tour unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule or, where that's not possible, offer a refund. Your safety and experience always come first.

Don't worry — small delays are normal. Please just call or message your guide so they know. For significant no-shows without notice, the booking is treated as non-refundable.
